PRODUCTION
Production is one of main aspects of the game. It will provide you with production points which are required to recruit any type of military units, ground, air or naval. Each country starts with different number of factories based on their historical industrial strength in 1939. You will not be able to build more army than is your production limit per turn.
Factory - 75g cost
+ 5g income
+ 0,20 production points
ECONOMY
You can invest into economy. Cost of one economy upgrade is 50g and it will boost your income by 10g. All countries will start with different base economy just as production.
LOOTING
When you occupy foreign land in war, you have chance to loot parts of income of your enemy. You have to occupy that land for at least 2 turns.
Amount of gold you can loot is also based on your army.
Loot 15% of income - 75% chance
Loot 30% of income - 50% chance (need at least 25 units occupying that land)
Loot 50% of income - 30% chance (need at least 50 units occupying that land)
MORALE
Higher army morale will provide you with some combat bonuses. You can earn it from events or won battles. If your morale is low, your units are likely to loose even if they outnumber enemy, some of them can even turn into deserters.
Morale -100 (-3 off -3 def to all units)
Morale -75 (-2 off - 2 def to all units)
Morale -50 (-1 off - 1 def to all units)
Morale -25 (-0,5 off - 0,5 def to all units)
Morale 0
Morale 25 (+ 0,5 off + 0,5 def to all units)
Morale 50 (+ 1 off + 1 def to all units)
Morale 75 (+ 2 off + 2 def to all units)
Morale 100 (+ 3 off + 3 def to all units)
UNIT QUALITY
Countries will start with different unit quality based on historical facts such as military training or quality of their equipment. Each unit will have tiers that can be upgraded up to 3 (as of 1939). In future, there will be new tiers. (4th in 1940).
Cost of one tier upgrade for any unit is 300g.
Each level of unit quality increases units effectivnes in both offensive and defensive by 0,5.
UNITS
Numbers will be lowered down to make it easier to edit. So imagine units as infantry divisons, tank battalions, bomber squadrons or whatever you like.
Infantry - (10g and 0.10 production) - Offensive 1 Defensive 1 (+1 to both stats if fighting alongside motorized or tanks of at least of 1/3 size)
Motorized - (25g and 0.30 production) - Offensive 3 - Defensive 3 (+1 to both stats if fighting alongside infantry of at least 150% size, able to shot planes)
Tank - (45g and 0.50 production) - Offensive 7 - Defensive 5
Transport Ship - (20g and 0.30 production) - Allows you to transport 5 infantry or 3 motorized or 1 tank
Battleship - (100g and 1.00 production) - Offensive 12 - Defensive 5 (able to shot planes)
Submarine - (60g and 0.75 production) - Offensive 25 - Defensive 1
Transport Plane - (15g and 0.20 production) - Allows you to transport 3 infantry
Fighter Plane - (30g and 0.40 production) - Offensive 4 - Defensive 5 (+3 bonus to offensive if fighting against infantry)
Bomber Plane - (55g and 0.60 production) - Offensive 9 - Defensive 4 (effective against everything except other planes)
EXILE GOVERMENT
After your country is occupied by enemy forces, you are able to establish an exile goverment in non-occupied country that is allied with you. Base income of exile goverment is 50g and the only type of unit they can recruit is Infantry, but they can be awarded with any other unit from their allies. Exile goverments can help their allies in war. If enemy that occupied your country is defeated, you will not be allowed to achieve your goals without recognition of at least 3 countries with great power status.
Actions of exile goverment:
Home resistance - 15g/turn - You can support resistance in your occupied country by spending 15g per turn, it may create an uprising or have negative impact on enemy morale.
Spread propaganda - 25g/turn - You can spread propaganda in your occupied country, giving you chance to recruit volunteers to fight for your interests.
CONQUERING ANOTHER COUNTRY
After any country is fully occupied, victor of that war doesn't need to make any deal / peace treaty with his opponent and he is able to loot all of his gold.
Nation that is occupied by enemy forces is not able to send any gold to other countries. After conquering any country, half of its factories will be transfered to new owner. For example if you annex country with 10 factories, you will get half of this amount.
