Medical nin aka Iryo-nin aka ninja medis
- Adalah seorang ninja yg khusus mempelajari bidang medis atau teknik medis untuk menyembuhkan.
- Untuk menjadi seorang medical-nin kalian harus punya kontrol chakra yg bagus dan mempunyai kecerdasan diatas rata-rata alias pinter.
- Medical-nin adalah jantung sebuah tim karena apabila medical-nin terluka tidak ada yg akan mengobati anggota tim yg lain.
- Peraturan Medical-nin yang dibuat oleh hokage ke-5, Tsunade-sama yg harus ditaati oleh para Medical-nin.
1. tidak ada seorang pun ninja medis yg akan pernah menghentikan pengobatan medisnya sampai kehidupan anggota tim mereka telah berakhir.
2. tidak ada seorang medical-nin yg harus berada digaris depan. Hal ini karena medical-nin harus fokus pada pengobatan anggota yg terluka
3. tidak ada ninja medis yg akan mati sampai mereka yg terakhir dari anggota mereka.
4. hanya mereka (re:medical-nin) yg telah menguasai kekuatan dari teknik ninpo sozo saisei no byakugo no jutsu yg diizinkan melanggar ke 3 peraturan sebelumnya

Ninpo sozo saisei no byakugo no jutsu
- Adalah jutsu buatan dari Tsunade-sama, dan penggunannya adalah Tsunade dan Sakura.
- Jutsu ini membuat pengguna sembuh dari segala luka karena jutsu ini merangsang pembelahan sel dan jaringan sehingga luka sembuh
- Kekurangan : memperpendek umur pengguna.
- Kelebihan : pengguna tidak akan terbunuh dalam suatu perang.
