Ramalan (Divination):
- Diajarkan oleh Prof. Sybill Trelawney dan sempat digantikan oleh Firenze yang Centaurus.
- Adalah pelajaran yang melibatkan mencoba untuk meramalkan masa depan, atau mengumpulkan wawasan ke kejadian masa depan, melalui berbagai ritual dan alat.
- Metode ramalan yang paling terkenal dan sudah tidak asing di pelajaran ini : Astrologi (mengamati pergerakan planet-planet dan bintang-bintang), Ramalan kartu (membaca kartu, termasuk kartu remi dan kartu tarot), bola Crystal (melihat ke dalam bola kristal), Dream (menganalisis arti mimpi), Tessomancy (membaca daun teh)
Ramalan adalah sihir yang mencoba untuk melihat kejadian-kejadian yang akan datang. Banyak penyihir di dunia menganggap cabang sihir ini tidak jelas. Ada beberapa tipe yang berbeda dari ramalan. Yang paling tidak jelas adalah sesuatu yang biasa disebut “Fortunetelling (Pembacaan Nasib)”. Jenis yang kedua dari Ramalan adalah sesuatu yang telah dipraktekkan oleh para Centaurus. Sedangkan tipe yang ketiga dari Ramalan disebut dengan “SEEING (Melihat)”. Ini adalah Ramalan yang benar walaupun para Pelihat (The Seer) mengungkapkan seperti biasa dan bentuk ramalan yang membutuhkan interpretasi. Pelihat adalah seseorang yang memiliki “The Inner Eye (Mata Batin)", hal itu jarang sekali terjadi, tapi itu dapat terjadi beberapa kali dalam beberapa abad.
