Turnamen Masing-masing terdiri dari tiga tugas yang dirancang untuk menguji keberanian Champion, kecerdasan, akal, dan kemampuan magis. Tugas ini sangat berbahaya dan berbeda dari tahun ke tahun.
* Tugas Pertama
Tugas pertama menilai ketangkasan, ketepatan mantra, kepandaian dalam menghadapi situasi mendadak, tugas pertama adalah : Mengambil Telur yang berisi petunjuk Tugas Kedua dari sarang Naga.
* Tugas Kedua
Tugas kedua menilai kecerdasan akal dan kemampuan magis, sebelum mengetahui apa tugas kedua tersebut para peserta harus memecahkan sebuah kode sebelum masuk kedalam tugasnya yaitu menyelamatkan sandera.
* Tugas Ketiga
Tugas ketiga adalah para peserta harus memasuki sebuah labirin yang telah diberi berbagai rintangan. Piala Api terletak di tengah labirin tersebut. Siapa yang terlebih dahulu menemukan Piala tersebut, dialah yang tampil sebagai juara Turnamen Triwizard.
