All students start on the risers, with their exercises while section leaders take attendance on their sheets and then hand to me or lay on the piano when done. Students can then SIT for bell-ringer, theory exercise, etc.
Announcements will be in the middle or last - always posted on Google Classroom
Chorus rehearsal sheets? Maybe once a week on Fridays? Thursdays? something like that. --better print those off asap...

Add group sight reading assessments - at festival they are assessed as a group, and should be assessed as a group in class and not just individually
10% of class time every day for sight reading = no more than 4-5 minutes. Not a lot of time...but I have to do it and get it right.
