Para tener sexo
Utilice más la seducción y menos la imposición.
Para una buena postura
No mantenga la misma posición del cuerpo por más de 45 minutos. Realice pausas y camine para liberar la tensión de los músculos.
Para comer
Tome un vaso de agua 15 minutos antes de las comidas principales y mastique bien, esto favorece la digestión.
Para dormir bien
Desconecte todos los aparatos electromagnéticos que tenga en la habitación y aísle la luz totalmente.
Para hacer ejercicio
Elabore una rutina que involucre el gozo por realizarla, con su pareja o en un lugar agradable. Busque un premio que lo motive a realizar la sesión de 3 a 4 veces por semana.
Para la circulación
Procure que el último momento del baño diario sea con un chorro de agua fría, así estimula la circulación.
Para la digestión
Garantice que tenga una deposición al levantarse y otra al acostarse, esto permite tener un intestino saludable.
