the important and the power of today all too often life we spent our time looking either into the future or back into the past we look in the past we think oftentimes about all the things that we didn't do correctly and all the things that we wish we would have done and all the ways that we set ourselves up to be unhappy in the present moment onthe other hand we look into the future we think to ourselves i really need this right to happen in the future r else i will be happy in the future and we spend so much of our present time of today the current time trying to set ourselves up for this idea that we have that will be happy in the future how often do we wake up in the morning and make our goal that day i'm going to do what i want to do to be happy today i'm not going to look into the past i'm not going to spend the day think about all the things i did incorrectly i'm not going to look into the future i am not going to think about all the ways that i need to be doing something right now to make myself happy in the future i am going to be happy today and i am going to do that by accepting myself by accepting my life by being happy with who i am and being happy with what i have that's how we become happy and successful in the future is by making today a happy and successful day we can only live one day at a time and that day is today whether you listening to me in a week a month a year in the year 2025 it doesn't matter the only time that you have the ability to be happy is today in this present moment so today let's look at today let's make ourselves happy today think about all the ways that we can achieve and be happy and be satisfied with today let's not look at the future and say no this day i need to speend time trying to build myself towards the future idea of happiness happiness can be right today if we wanted to be here today oftentimes thought we are looking either forward or backward and we are saying what did i not to correctly what do i need to do correctly to get to this idea this is this overall utopian idea of happiness when we can have happiness today right now if we want that means lets stop looking back let's start looking back at all the things that we didn't do we think we did not do it correctly in the past and let's stop looking to the future let's stop seeing here saying what do i need to do today to make myself happy today in the future and in doing so forsake my happiness today let's be happy today and let's make today everything that we want to be because if we do that every single day we are going to find ot that every filled with happiness and we look back and we see all the past days have been filled with happiness and the reason is beacause we spent today being happy
