Saat kelas pertama dimulai, miss&sir sekalian memberikan peraturan saat berada di kelasnya. Peraturan itu kalian tentukan sendiri tapi tetap diskusi sama CEO.
Adapun ketentuan mengenai Rewards yaitu dapat anda nilai sendiri dengan kreditas:
A : 50pts
B : 30pts
C : 10pts
Jika tidak menghadiri kelas, keputusan ada ditangan anda apakah ingin mengurangi pts/memberikan tugas tersendiri
Untuk kreditas sendiri bisa kalian nilai berdasarkan.
+hadir tepat waktu
+ aktif dalam kelas
+ tidak keluar masuk kelas
+ dsb, ada tanggapan?
Pemberian reward setiap kelas itu bisa diberikan saat kelas berakhir. Dan ada juga namanya + reward yang diberikan kepada trainee yang nilainya di atas rata-rata/?
Oh iya saat pemberian reward itu tagnya ke bank. Jadi kalian buat list rewardnya nanti bank yang tag ke trainees.
Contoh pemberian reward ke banknya:

Nanti screenshoot aja dan lapor ke bank, "Permisi saya ingin memberikan daftar reward pada kelas (major) tanggal (××××××). Terima kasih."
Sebisa mungkin buat kelas kalian menarik biar pada semangat/? Misalnya nambahin 2pts buat 3 orang yang datang cepat/? Hehehe
Kalo reward yang diberi karena trainee menjawab pertanyaan dari trainer selama kelas berlangsung?
Bisa sir jadi nanti pointnya plusplus

Kalau pts yang plus++ itu maksimal 15 pts saja. Jadi di tengah2 kreditas A
Hm untuk sistem absennya mungkin dari miss aja biar ada ciri khas setiap trainer, contohnya disuruh reply / retweet tweet yang miss buat
