St:Kinetic energy manipulation : I can alter the kinetic energy in things. This includes animate and inanimate objects. (http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Kinetic_Energy_Manipulation) Read the capabilities section. Its real easy :D
Weapon, with 3 skills and 2 Passives.
Infinite Deck of Cards: Its pretty self explanatory its a magical deck of cards that continuously replenishes once 52 have been drawn from it. Since my character can alter kinetic energy, drawing these cards isnt a hard task to do.
Passive= Quickdraw = Dual command. Allows me to chain together card techniques. Two per turn.
Skill 1 : Card throw: sk 1: I amplify one card with kinetic energy. This amplification increases the power of the card by allowing it to cut through things easily. Its a single target damage spell.
Skill 2: Card bomb: Sk 10: I charge a card with so much kinetic energy that it explodes on hit. Aoe damage spell. The ability does damage, but it takes time to charge up.
Skill 3: 52 Blow Up: Sk Max: I charge the full deck of cards with energy which does insane damage when thrown. It takes a huge time to charge though.
