Title of the Paper:
Designing Qbox: A Tool for Sorting Things out in Digital Spaces

Objective of the research
To support traditional and innovative forms of analysis for web-based and digital material.
Organizing digital spaces ... Making a virtual workspace which is more flexible tools (where researcher can work virtually in online).

Problem relevance
Yes, it is presented.
Much of the current research involves complex analysis of digital media to better understand embedded social, rhetorical, and usability mechanics of online interactions.
Lacking existing tools able to facilitate coordinated research in digital spaces, the research team implemented a user-centred design approach to create an application that not only supported current research but would result in a flexible tool to be used for future needs.

Design Artefact
The designed artefact was a tool that would made it possible for the researchers to work on sorting in a collaborative online environment; merging data collected automatically from public webpages and answers by participants without the need for the manual work of the researcher.

Design Process
The Design Process was not described thoroughly in the paper. The motive behind the design and the final design were clear but the steps that the researcher underwent to come up with the design were not mentioned at all.

Design Evaluation
The tool was particularly designed for a certain group of researchers. Accordingly, after the tool was designed; it was directly used by them. The authors did not mention any evaluation processes designed or implemented. On the other hand, they mentioned that the system was of a great help to the researchers and saved them a lot of time.

Research Contributions
The researchers claim to have implemented a collaborative online sorting tool that can merge data collected via survey and data fetched automatically from public sources.

Research Rigor
It was not mentioned clearly in the paper.
It was not quite easy to find the issues as the paper was quite short and most of the information was vague and the system was presented as a grey box.
I would say that the paper was not good because you do not get a lot of helpful information and mostly presenting the function of the system without elaborating how it was done.
