3. Player A controls a Set Elemental Hero Neos Alius which was first special summoned from the graveyard by Monster Reborn, the set by Book of Moon last turn. Player B controls a Set Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo. During their Main Phase 1, Player A Flip Summons "Elemental HERO Neos Alius" and performs a Gemini Summon. Player A enters the Battle Phase and declares an Attack selecting Player B's Set "Fossil Dyna Pachyecphalo" as the target.

* "Elemental HERO Neos Alius" will will be destroyed by the effect of "Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo" because it was special summoned.

* "Elemental HERO Neos Alius" will not be destroyed by the effect of "Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo" because "Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo" cannot activate its effect after is has been destroy by battle.

* "Element HERO Neos Alius" will not be destroyed by the effect of "Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo" because "Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo" cannot resolve its effect after it has been resolved.

* "Elemental HERO Neos Alius" will not be destroyed by the effect of "Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo" because a Gemini summon is a Normal Summon.

* "Elemental Hero Neos Alius" will not be destroyed by the effect of "Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo" because it was Flip Summoned.
