Resep Pancake Cokelat Kacang
Bahan
275 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
25 gram cokelat bubuk
1 sendok teh baking powder
1 1/2 sendok makan gula pasir halus
450 ml susu cair
2 kuning telur, dikocok lepas
2 sendok makan margarin, dilelehkan
1/2 sendok teh garam
2 putih telur
1 sendok makan gula pasir halus
Bahan Saus:
300 ml susu cair
60 gram gula pasir
25 gram cokelat bubuk
1 sendok makan maizena
100 gram cokelat masak pekat, dipotong-potong
1 kuning telur, dikocok lepas
Taburan:
75 gram kacang tanah sangrai, dicincang kasar
Cara Membuat Pancake Cokelat Kacang
Ayak tepung terigu, cokelat bubuk, dan baking powder. Tambahkan gula pasir halus. Aduk rata.
Tuang susu cair sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk rata. Masukkan kuning telur. Aduk rata. Tambahkan margarin leleh dan garam. Aduk rata. Sisihkan.
Kocok putih telur sampai setengah mengembang. Masukkan gula pasir halus. Kocok sampai mengembang.
Masukkan ke dalam campuran tepung terigu. Aduk perlahan sampai rata.
Tuang satu sendok sayur kecil di wajan datar tanpa dioles margarin. Biarkan asal berkulit. Balik. Biarkan sampai matang.
Ambil selembar pancake. Oleskan saus. Tabur kacang. Tutup dengan selembar pancake lagi. Lakukan sekali lagi. Terakhir beri saus cokelat di atasnya lalu taburi dengan kacang.
