Update JIRA Status.
Ø Update JIRA khi comment trao đổi với KH hoặc đã sửa xong bug.
Chủ động đưa ra giải pháp cho KH.
Ø Cần chủ động comment issue JIRA, trao đổi với KH để đưa ra giải pháp cuối cùng.
Ø Các risk về technical cũng cần tạo issue memo lại PM.
Khi onsite có trao đổi cần note lên JIRA hoặc yêu cầu KH note lên JIRA.
Ø Team chú ý khi sang onsite
Nhân sự onsite để deploy trên server KH.
