The Deck

Deck List: Elixir Collector, Minion Horde, Inferno Tower, Zap, Spear Goblins, Valkyrie, Mini P.E.K.K.A, Fire Spirits

Elixir Collector: As with most Arena 6+ decks, the Elixir Collector is essential in this deck for building up a huge push very quickly. Always place the EC behind your tower unless they have a Miner, in which case you want to place it between your Arena Towers, right in front of your King Tower.

Minion Horde: The Minion Horde in this deck is solely used for defensive purposes. I've played around with tons of options in this slot from Musketeer to Archers to Barbarians, but Minion Horde just works incredibly well with this deck because of it's huge DPS output and anti-air capabilities.

Inferno Tower: I used to run Cannon as my tower but this card has become absolutely essential in this deck and is the main reason why you're able to push so aggressively. In combination with Zap, it easily takes out all sorts of big pushes like Royal Giant+Goblins, Giant+Balloon, Giant+Sparky, and Pekka+Wizard.

Zap: Zap is chosen over Arrows in this deck because it allows us to instantly support our push at a very low cost and is extremely useful for resetting Sparky's attack.

Spear Goblins: I've also experimented a lot with this slot and I've found that Spear Goblins is just the most balanced choice against most deck types. Can be used to tank hard-hitting attacks or thrown into the push to deal some quick and cheap chip damage.

Valkyrie, Mini P.E.K.K.A & Fire Spirits: This deck revolves heavily around these three cards: Valkyrie, Mini P.E.K.K.A, and Fire Spirits (super underrated!). Some of you may have already tried a deck with the Mini Pekka + Fire Spirits combo, but the addition of Valkyrie turns this into a completely different monster! What you want to do is place the Valkyrie right at the bridge, and then immediately place your Mini Pekka right behind the Valkyrie. Then, wait a split second before following up with Fire Spirits since they move faster than the Valk+Pekka duo. Depending on the scenario, you can support the push with Zap or Spear Goblins.

General Strategy
Alright, so how does this all work?! The insane strength of this deck comes from the fact that these three cards (Valk, Mini Pekka & Fire Spirits) can counter-push and exploit an elixir advantage like no other combo I've ever seen. For this reason, you want to play reactively and try to push the opposite lane that your opponent is pushing. The most common example of this is at the beginning of the game, if your opponent places down something expensive like an elixir collector, Giant, Sparky, Pekka or Golem, and you have the combo in you starting hand. With only ~4-6 elixir, there is very little that your opponent can play to effectively defend against this combo. The reason for this is clear when you take a look at the most common defensive cards in the game: Barbarians, Minion Horde, Cannon, and Goblins/Spear Goblins. The hordes of enemies get taken out instantly by the Fire Spirits and towers melt in 1-2 hits to the Mini Pekka with the Valkyrie tanking in front.
