Office - Initially the feedback has been that a high street presence is not 100% necessary although somewhere that's actually physical and possible to have meetings in will be necessary eventually.
Rightmove - Should move across to the Hinton Road address.
Zoopla - I feel we should drop this if not tied in to a contract to possibly look at putting towards extra marketing.
Existing Landlords - Time to target these specifically and encourage via non direct marketing.
Market - Is strong with a large turnover in rental stock and a very strong student market of which I have numerous links. Second highest increasing value in the country in 2017
Lettings - With the abolition of tenants fees landlords are going to begin shopping around next year, by which time we will have established ourselves as a very reasonably priced agent with excellent customer service.
Specialisation - Focus on investment sales and not the residential emotional market.
No hybrid agent currently operating to the scale we could in this area.
Lack of stand out property managing agents.
Developments in Bournemouth are at an all time high.
Bournemouth is easy to navigate and cover in its entirity.
Structure is key.
Goal - To achieve an attraction agency by servicing clients with the highest level of customer service and pushing recommendations at every opportunity.
