Subject: Operational Guidelines


Dear Team,

First of all, I would like to mention that you are doing a great job.


We all know that you assume a responsible task by protecting people in the Social Network.

Now that we have a Team division, I would like to inform you that I am your Team leader and that I will help you
with all the Topics of advice and action and support you in your daily work.

I have summarized some important topics and would appreciate that we all follow these rules.


ESD Log In
Punctuality and timely login into the System (ESD)
30 Minutes Lunch Break is from the legal obligation and must be taken by everyone (if you work more than 6 hours)
Take the Lunch Break to the time specified by the shift plan and change the Status to "Meal" , after the Lunch Break you change to "Production" again.
Log out of the System (ESD) at the End of the shift. If you receive an Error Message, refresh the System and Register again in order to Log out correctly.
If you have any issues or you can´t Log In, inform us as soon as possible.
Don´t forget: Everyone is responsible for his correct time recording, in order to get the correct net working hours paid.



Breaks

As long as you are not at the Workplace and working in the queues you are not productive.
Therefore, every time you go to the kitchen or you go out for a cigarette or something else, you have to press the Break Button in the ESD, If you're back then press Stop.
The Break Time you have used, must be recovered, since we have to provide a pure productivity time of 8 hours (Meal excluded).
Overtime & Recovery

Overtime may only be made after consultation with the Team leader and his approval. (An E-Mail with the exact times for the overtime must be sent to the Team leader).
If you have to recover missing hours, send me an E-Mail.
Shiftplan

You all signed a Contract that requires your flexibility, so the shift, that is in the shiftplan, must be taken accordingly.
Should any errors be in the shift plan, for example (No Lunch Break but more than 6 hours work), send an email to WFM (ESD.WFM.Box) and put me in CC.
Shift Swap

If you have found a partner who changes the shift with you, send an email to the Workforce Management (ESD.WFM.Box). Put me and the Teamleader of the Partner in CC.
Payroll (Lohnabrechnung)

You get the payroll from the Finance Team, assuming you have sent an email to them (ESD.FN.Payroll.Box). After you have received an answer you can pick it up.
Religious practice

According to the policy in ESD, no religion and politics are allowed within the premises of the project. This ensures that the diversity is empowered and that we do have a fair treatment for all of our People.
Clean Workplace

We all are responsible for a clean work environment. Please make sure to keep the Kitchen and your workplace clean.
