Vacation entitlement governs the finance team. I can only ask for you and get in contact with them.
You will receive documents concerning Vacation entitlement from the finance team.

Dear you maybe Forget but I am sure you told me today and when I asked you the Finance Team was there but no Problem I will wait until tommorw to get it from you.
But what I don´t understand why I should wait for the (Finance Team) cause you as a Team Leader can write and print it by your self like any other document :)
