I Need to know why the Company don´t paid me yet for the weeks that I have reached my target on it ,because it shoud be 50 Cent per hour depending on my contract with CCC.
and I want a print from that too please because we don´t get any copy for the protocol we did before like the other Team.

In the 1:1 session with Omar Al-ezzi we talked about the following:



· Setting Expectations

· Process and Guidelines (shift swaps)

· Quality operational Guidelines

· Sending a Summary of a Huddle (in bullet points)

· Policy Updates (to get only the new updates and not including the old one which are no more relevant)

· Meal (flexibility)

· Getting one clear Message and not different information

· Clear Operational Guidelines and Process (send by Mail)

· Kitchen (many reps while Meal use the kitchen, it´s to full)

· Surcharges in Payroll

· Team Spirit



Our Agreement:



· I will send a new Mail again with the Operational Guidelines and the Process we have at the moment

· I will send a summary about the Topics we talked about in the Huddle in few Bullets by Mail to our Team

· I will check with the Quality to send you the Operational Guidelines for the Quality

· I will check with Finance to explain you the Surcharge for the Nightshift and Public Holidays (25%,40% etc.)
