below you find an overview of how the surcharges (Zuschlag) are calculated.
· The 50 % surcharge for the Night shift will be counted from 23:00 till 06:00 but It will splinted in two categories :
1. From 23:00 to 00:00 & from 04:00 to 06:00 will be counted 25% tax free and 25% with taxes
2. From 00:00 to 04:00 will be counted 40% tax free & 10% with taxes
· Saturdays 40% surcharge will be counted from 06:00 to 23:00 and it will be 40% with taxes. When it will be Saturday Night Shift it will be counted as Night shift
· Sundays & Feiertag days (public holiday) 40% surcharge will be counted as like the Saturdays but without taxes
· Note that in the Night shift from 00:00-04:00 is not counted as 4 hours, but 3,5 hours, since you have 30 minutes Meal at this time.
