NOMOPHONE
Nomophone, atau yang biasa dikenal no mobile phone.
→ Phobia atau ketakutan jika tidak mempunyai telepon genggam.
Istilah ini pertama kali muncul pada tahun 2010. Dari survei yang dilakukan, pengguna telepon genggam akan merasa risih jika kehilangan telepon genggam tersebut, kehabisan baterai atau berada diluar jaringan.
Orang dengan penyakit ini akan seperti pecandu narkoba, tidak dapat terlepas dari gadget.
Berikut ciri-ciri penderita nomophobia:
• Membawa ponselnya kemanapun
• Kurang bersosialisai di dunia nyata atau Technoference
• Lebih memilih ponsel ketimbang makan
• Tidak fokus saat belajar
• Sebentar-sebentat melihat layar hp
• Membawa charger atau powerbank saat bepergian
• Tergesa untuk mencharger hp saat hpnya mati
• Dapat mengakibatkan bungkuk dan sakit mata
Dampak buruk NOMOPHONE:
• Dijauhi teman
• Prestasi menurun
• Dapat mengakibatkan bungkuk dan sakit mata
Penyebab NOMOPHONE:
• Kurangnya pengawasan orangtua
• Rasa rindu terhadap pasangan
• Punya hp baru
• Penasaran terhadap suatu hal
Cara penyembuhan NOMOPHONE:
Sama halnya dengan merehabilitsai pencandu narkoba, perlunya rehabilitasi dan sosialisasi tentang dampak buruk smartphone.
