5.) THIS HOLDS YOUR RESERVATION, FOR 24 HOURS, WHILE I HAVE TIME TO CONFIRM THE RESERVATION.

A BIT MORE ABOUT US.

We have been residents of Lake Tahoe for over 40 years. We just want you to know that we know the lake very well, and we have been around for a very long time, with a great reputation. Our place is located in the heart of So. Lake Tahoe. The clubs are 1.75 miles away, and Heavenly Valley is a 1.5 miles away.

You are within walking distance to the beautiful public beach, avoiding parking hassle. We are within walking distance to public tennis courts, ice skating rink, and an indoor swimming pool.

We try to provide our renters with free tickets, upgrades, or coupons, for local events and business. If you let us know what you are interested in, we will try to use our connections to help with some savings. We network with other business in the Tahoe area, and acquire deals with one another, to pass on to our clients. We cannot guarantee you results, but we can try.

HOW TO SECURE YOUR RESERVATION:

WHEN YOUR RESERVATIONS DATES ARE 30 DAYS OR LESS, THE FOLLOWING WILL APPLY ( last minute)

Full payment of both your rental fee and the deposit is required to secure your reservation. You can email me, or call me with your credit card information, OR BOOK IT YOURSELF WITH OUR BOOK IT BUTTON.
You will need to pay by Credit Card or Pay Pal if 30 days or less.
We need your:
~Credit Card #
~expiration date
~three digit code
~billing zip code.

After I secure your payment, I will send you a confirmation letter, the property's address, and the lock-box combination.

We will need a refundable deposit of $200.00 to be billed separately from your rental amount. You need to pay for one half of the rental amount, and the $200.00 deposit. That will secure your reservation. 30 days before your arrival. We also take full payments.

When paying 30 days and out, you can pay by check or credit card.. If paying by check, make out two payments. One for $200.00 (for the deposit,) and another for your rental fee. Your deposit is completely refundable, which will be refunded within 30 days or less of your departure date.

If paying only by checks, your reservation will not be secured, until your check clears the bank. You can hold your reservation by paying for your deposit with a credit card, to guarantee your reservation.
