We are concerned about us not getting a reply to the last email. Maybe it was missed as you've been doing everything to help us and we greatly appreciate it.
These pictures are of where PUMA left our tubs, shower doors, toilet, kitchen sink and the brand new $225 sink faucet we had bought maybe 2 weeks prior as pictured.
In my personal opinion and experience with 15 years in the restaurant industry. Putting these back into our home after rain, Lego (our dog) digging and digging throwing dirt on them.
Would deem very unsanitary for us. How can we be compensated for the items?

Also last question being is that the quote we got from even the lowest possible is around $17,500 but with the $8191 and $4353 + $1000 deductible that only puts us around $13,500.
Are we to come out of pocket for the rest? As we were not initially aware we would be covering anything except for the $1,000 deductible.
