I had a discussion with Eugene today.
Simply put:
He has a complete team with a third member on board and will do all our Art requests and he appreciates us picking up the slack. The only Art tasks we will do on our own are small social media images/gifs that the CM team needs and can request from Nataliia.
We will no longer surprise anyone with late minute tasks
We will no longer create our own banners for Game Center/Art resizes for Social Media/News Carousels etc, and will make sure everything is requested to ART.
You all have access to the Master Roadmap and know what’s coming, I have sent everyone a weekly calendar reminder to help you remember to plan and create tasks for the following week and beyond. You have our confluence page with templates like the Art one. Please start tomorrow with this process and let me know if there are any stragglers for this week.

As the sole team members who are dedicated 100% to 1 project, I count on you guys to be the channels of information via your carefully planned and detailed tasks. Especially for Invasions and patches where Key Art and Resizing needs to be requested ahead of time.
