All Employee's must have the terms and rules paper signed by Wednesday and it must be all filled in too! Complete Papers that get the grade of A will be a first hand major assistant. Anyone with a B will be just a Assistant. Anyone with a C or lower will be just a member and maybe if lucky get a ability to recruit new members to The Pokemon Association League aka PAL. Any member of PAL is able to stay only if they pass the Pokemon Trivia paper every 6 months. Big members like majors assistant's or bodyguards can get a raise if working well. Major's are a big part in the PAL community since they can fire and recruit member! Pokemon cards are also a way to get promoted since the're a big part in the Job/Community. Members with Pokemon cards cannot be kicked/fired since they have a membership. Members without a membership are able to get fired ONLY if the person asking to fire has a reasonable reason for owners/managers to fire. Anything that's a major or up cannot be fired unless its the owner firing them.Owner is the boss of all groups/community's since... HES THE BOSS! Anyone in PAL are agreed to the Terms and Rules paper given to them the first day the come to work. If not and there working with us there are fired and possibly BANNED from PAL even if there are not hired. All bodyguards of managers or owners are given a straight path to fame or riches depending on there actions and doings. If you have question please talk to Owner,Manager, or me Co-Manager. BYE!
