This document identifies the notes template to be used within Breeze, LogMeInRescue (LMI), and Agent Workbench. There is also 2 different sections that will need to be filled out. Any line items not pertainent to the clients case should be marked "n/a." (i.e.: If the client's issue is not with the printer, antivirus, or email, mark those lines n/a.)
