İnsan davranışlarını, ailesi ve toplumla olan ilişkileri de etkiler. Geçmişte eğitilmemiş , ebeveynlerinden şiddet görmüş bir kişinin suçlu olmasının bekleyebiliriz bu sayede bu insanları suçlayamayız. Bizim tezimiz bu yüzden suçluların eğitilmesi tarafındadır. Size 6. yüzyıldan bir örnek veriyim , Hz. Muhammedin zamanından. Peygamberimiz savaşlar sırasında kimseyi öldürmemeye dikkat etmiştir aksine eğitmeye. Yakaladıkları esirlere asla işkence yapmamış veya çalıştırmamıştır. Sadece eğitmeye çalışmıştır.
