As one of the figures are missing, we will be able to ask one of Santa's helpers to send your little one a happyland surprise bag. Can you please confirm your little one's name, address and post code so we can send this to her
We aim to have adequate stock available to fulfil the orders placed, however on some occasions items can be cancelled automatically by the system in the event that the warehouse is unable to source the item.
In the event that this was purchased in store, the item will need to be taken to your local store with proof of purchase for further advice.
