My name is Moayad Noah and I'm registered student at the university, my program will start at February,this is why I should travel from Syria to Lebanon, because of the war we don't have working airport anymore,this is why i should fly from Lebanon to Cyprus, at the Lebanese Syrian borders they are asking students to show up their visa to the destination point .this is why i contacted the foreign affair in Cyprus and I explained the situation, and the response as you can see in the forwarded email that student they dont't visa to get into cyprus because I'm a student .
I did ask for an official paper with stamp and signature from the foreign affairs where state in it"thati don't need visa because I'm a student",they said that they can give the paper to an official institute which is my university in this fall(Near East Uni) .this is why I would kindly ask you to send an email with scanned letter to the ministry of the foreign affairs, that state in it that i'm an official student in the university (like the attached litter the uni send it to the Turkish EMBASSY IN LEBANON (in the attached file)).
in addition to that can you please make an official request from the uni in which you ask the ministry to send me an official statement ore paper as email where states in it"that I don't require a visa to travel to North Cyprus and that I am allowed to enter the country to apply for a student visa once I arrive"this letter should contain a stamp and signature from the university.
my flight is on Sunday 28.01.2018, this is why it is an urgent situation because my flight is on Sunday. and I should get this paper before this
Friday so I can show it to the Lebanese Syrian border police on Sunday.the foreign affair they are waiting for the email from the university to send me the required statement,
this is why I would ask for your understandment and your generosity
if it is possible that you send this paper immediately to the foreign affairs, so they can start excuting the required paper.
