The whitepaper, based on Westwell's business practices, introduces a pioneering methodology on container logistics decarbonization - "LEAD": With “Digitalization” as the foundation and followed by three stages: “Electrification”, “AI-driven intelligence”, and “Linked ecology”, systematically guiding players to realize the "DEEP" values: “Decarbonization”, “Economical friendly”, “Environment friendly” and “People friendly”, and driving the industry towards a comprehensive green transformation.

Digitalization (D) is the inevitable path to decarbonization through the digitized upgrade and transformation of the entire industry chain, digitalized carbon emission tracking and digitalized operation, thus accelerating the realization of the ultimate goal of green transformation.


The transformation consists of three stages: E, L, and A.
