-Bağıştan önceki yarım saat içinde kafein içeren içecekler
( kahve, kola, kahveli içecekler vb ) içilmesi tavsiye edilir.
-Kansızlık kan bağışı için engeldir.
-Kan bağışından önce, eğer sağlığınız açısından mecbur değilseniz, ilaç almayınız.
