= If a Traveler/booker requested a specific flight and it is sold out:
Respond via CXP email:
- advise a Traveler/booker that a requested flight is not available and offer alternative flights which are available.
. If a Traveler/booker requested to change a ticket and a change is not possible (e.g.: eligible flights are sold out):
- advise a Traveler/booker that a ticket cannot be changed as e.g.: flights with the same airline/alliance are sold out. Offer an alternative - e.g.: flights with another airline advising that a new ticket will need to be issued; advise cost of a new ticket.
Always propose alternatives in the above cases.
2.Is it allowed to issue tickets with FOP CWT Invoice for any of the clients?
= For most of the clients this form of payment is not authorized. However, there are a few clients who can still use this form of payment.
Always check Power Library, and if for a particular client there is information that CWT invoice is allowed as form of payment, you can proceed with a booking with such a form of payment.
3.I received a request for offers from a booker of AWEX/WBI client, but it is without Traveler's name, what shall I do?
=AWEX/WBI client often asks for offers without a specific traveler, in this case you need to send the proposals by CXP email to a booker. Do not ask a booker to provide you with the Traveler's name for offer requests.
4.If I book a car, do I book as a standard automatic or manual transmission?
= As a standard we offer / book manual transmission, unless this is specifically requested by a booker to have a car with automatic transmission. Even if a car type in Power Library indicates automatic transmission - e.g. ICAR - book a car with manual transmission unless specifically requested by a booker to have an automatic transmission.
Regarding electric cars - offer / book only when requested by a booker or specified in Power Library.
5.I have received request for a family booking, and email was originally sent to [email protected]. How do I proceed?
= We will check if we are in CC and the email was sent to [email protected] then we will wrap the email.
