Goooood morning everyone, I hope we all are well. I am Aastha Shukla, standing for the position of Challengers house captain. I totally understand how dead everyone must be feeling right now, but I request you all to spare 2-3 minutes of your precious attention to us beggars, who are at mercy for your votes.
Now, I would like to tell a few things to my friends of the red house, that I have been in the school since 2016 and have been a part of this democratic process since 2022. And this, ladies and gentlemen, is the first reason why you should vote for me. Next, you will NEVER, not EVEN in your dreams, shall you find ME making a false promise, because I value honesty and integrity, and I am way too loyal to my house to make such false guarantees. If you vote for me, you will find me to be the most dedicated captain, who is not like those who forget that they even are the captain within 2-3 months of election. In order to make a good team, in fact the best team, or the best house, communication between the captain, vice captain, and its people plays an important factor, and if you vote for me, you will again be in benefit because I am a very approachable person and I will value all of your suggestions and opinions equally and shall not be biased towards anyone. I shall leave no stone unturned in keeping our house at the first position. And don’t worry, I won’t literally go around flipping stones for anyone wondering. And now, the last and most important thing, even after gaining this so-called power, I’ll remember that I’m still just Aastha, a mere individual and shall never be egoistic or misuse my position. With this I conclude, by reminding you all that the power to either build the best house ever, or have a relaxing time at the bottom of the leaderboard, lies with you all and I truly believe that all of you are smart and sensible enough, to choose the right leader for yourselves. Thank you for your attention and for not falling asleep during my speech. May the best candidate win.
