We want complete knowledge transfer of Parts-oia application and how auto-tagging works in auto-booking process.
We want to know that how many third party applications are used in the project or what,s the purpose of using those applications like we are utilising Podium,Service Titan,Zammad, Nextiva, ArgoCd and Trane Diagnostics.
We need credentials (username and passwords) of all the things related to project, including third party applications to login and check activity.
We also want to know that if any of the reporting is not sent due to slurm job or any other issue what we can do in that case should we need to find the script and execute it by manually because it's begin time has already been passed.
On Monday we recieve a query from Sandy that in the CSR metrics and SC metrics report, it is missing availability data for 6/14/24. How to deal this type of issue and update the data accordingly.
How to get criStr and url of any query from Service Titan Api.
Please provide us all the document related to project if you are missing anything, that we be benificial for us.
