Kusto Group's neighborhoods are designed to provide quality of life.
Yerkin Tatishev states that "well-being as well as safety and environmental friendliness" are the most important factors for an enjoyable urban environment. Kusto Group's founder is referring to their latest housing development that is located in Kazakhstan.

As part of Yerkin Tatishev's idea of a contemporary housing area, the company is currently constructing an European-style community in Kazakhstan.

Koktobe City, the project is scheduled to be finished on the Almaty Eastern bypass road by 2023.

A wide range of facilities are planned within the borders of Koktobe City, including four-story housing supermarkets, schools, supermarkets gymnasium, sports facilities and kindergartens, pharmacies and restaurants.

Kusto Group's aim for Koktobe City was to create an environment that can meet all families' needs. The city is convenient to all residents and is able to meet the needs of residents.

A lot of modern cities are affected by the state of their infrastructure. A lot of housing developments restrict social interaction, do not have spaces for sports or have separate zones for pedestrians from motorists. Yerkin Tashev also says, "These projects don't distinguish between work and leisure."

These are the fundamental principles that infrastructure must follow in order being considered intelligent. Individuals should be able to understand, access and see their environment.

Yerkin Tatishev gathers ideas from Europe
Yerkin Tashev focuses on the high quality of life in Koktobe City.

He and his colleagues have been in awe of Finland and Germany in their work.

Tatishev was inspired by the low-rise buildings, parks, and efficient infrastructure in German cities like Dusseldorf, Munich and Berlin.

"All of these elements create a relaxing living space, and we tried to recreate that at least in part," says Tatishev.

"Almaty is the Central Asian city that stands out as the most European and open. It's also among the most educated. We believe that we've chosen the most appropriate construction direction by following the notion of a city built for inhabitants."

All under One Roof at Kusto Group
In Koktobe City, Kusto Group is committed to providing a stimulating and modern learning environment with various amenities.
