I apologise but unfortunately we do not have the ability to take any action on your behalf in the event of a delivery address being entered incorrectly. Due to this, it is unlikely that your order will be delivered to you successfully. If you are able to, we would strongly recommend that you contact the occupants of the delivery address that you have entered, with a view to receiving your parcel from them. I apologise for any inconvenience however, if the order is returned to our warehouse by the postal / courier service we will refund your account and send you an email notification to let you know it has been returned.
