Reconnection Spiel: A Step-by-Step Guide
If customer ask for the schedule of reconnection:
"Be reminded that the reconnection is being done by our Business Centers and mostly of them have a schedule until 5PM(weekdays)/12 noon (Sat). Hence, not all of our BCs practice to execute reconnection until 10PM.
However, the Magna Carta states that we need to reconnect disconnected accounts within 24 hours, so try to pacify the cx by providing the maximum execution date of the FO (which is within 24 hours)."
If the customer insists on knowing the time frame for reconnection:
"As much as I want to give you an exact answer, our reconnection crew arrival may depend on the number of accounts scheduled for reconnection today. As of the moment, we have an ongoing reconnection as our crew was already dispatched to reconnect the disconnected service with the field order. Please wait for them in your area."
If the customer insists further on reconnection:
"Our business centers execute reconnection during business hours and may extend sometimes until 10 PM. Rest assured that we are committed to reconnect your service within 24 hours upon posting of the payment, so I ask you to kindly wait until <maximum date of FO>.
If the cx would still insist after you provide all the details for reconnection or beyond the SLA of reconnection:
Create an open case and escalate the case following the escalation guideline.
