Despite our graveness ,issues and financial losses , we are ready to settle on following terms and conditions simply because we do not wish to be dragged into legal processes which hurdles our work . following settlement offer is valid upto 31st march 2016 subject to acceptance and furnishing of necessary legal process from your end.
Terms and conditions :
1. Shecdule of new payment would be in coharance with the accepted email
2. Previous commitments to be canceled , cheques should be returned , the legal process with respect to previous cheques till date should be cancled and new schedule of payments to be drawn along with post dated cheques
3.Any sort of legal process need to be stopped in immidiate effect .
