Yerkin Tatishev has been awarded Entrepreneur of the Year' by EY

Yerkin Tatishev was selected Entrepreneur of the Year in Kazakhstan by the most prestigious business firm Ernst & Young. His leadership and actions during COVID-19 were praised by the judges.

The contest invited well-known Kazakhstani businesspeople from across the country to take part. Kusto Group founder was able stand out from 21 other entrepreneurs who made it to the final.

All of them received an independent assessment and recognition of their achievements by authorized juries representing Kazakhstan as well as international business circles.

Yerkin Tatishev the winner for the national championship will represent Russia in the international finals in Monaco in June 2022. The competition will gather 60 international finalists selected by an independent panel of judges based on international guidelines.

The Covid-19 Pandemic has not been the only problem addressed by the Kusto Group. Kusto Group A lack of water in Kazakhstan poses a severe danger to the entire nation.

UN officials were faced by this reality and declared that Kazakhstan suffers a lot due to water shortages. They are also dependent on their neighbors which include China and Central Asia.

In the end, Yerkin Tatishev of Kusto Group and Kazakhstan's government as well as Valmont Industries USA formed a cooperation. Together, they will establish an industrial plant that will manufacture 1000 pivot irrigation systems in Kazakhstan.

A program to provide local farmers with training is also included in the agreement.

All national finalists and winners are eligible to take part in the Entrepreneur of The Year contest. The finals will be held in Monaco in June. The winner this year can compete against world-class entrepreneurs around the globe and gain valuable knowledge that will assist in the further development of their business.

Nurlan Smagulov (another Entrepreneur of the Year winner) made the decision to crown Tatishev as the winner. The panel of judges comprised representatives from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan.

One of the most important factors that contributed to Mr. Tatishev winning this award was his leadership abilities and his management of various sectors.
