Game of War::General::Settings::Set up MZ Account
We can help you set up your Machine Zone account! Please provide us with the following information in order to proceed further. Please understand that you must provide us with all of the requested information in order for us to proceed:


1. Kingdom/Profile Name (the name that appears in chat and under your City on the Game Map)
2. City Name
3. Hero name
4. Alliance name (if applicable)
5. The e-mail address you wish to register (It must not be registered with any other Machine Zone account)
6. The city and country you first created this account in (Please note that we are asking for your geographical location, not your city's coordinates on the kingdom map)
Once we have this information we will be able to assist you further!
Game of War::General::Settings::Start New Game
You have the ability to start a new game, but you will need a new email address to create a new account. You won't be able to have multiple MZ accounts registered to the same email.

To start a new game follow these steps:


1. Create a MZ Account in the Accounts and Devices page
2. Navigate back to the Accounts and Devices page
3. You will notice a new “Log out” button. Tap on this
4. When you relaunch the game you will be asked to sign into your MZ Account. At the bottom left corner of this page you will see “Start New Game”

Game of War::General::Settings::Submit Translation Correction
When you submit your correction, we still continue to collect other corrections for that same sentence/word. Then we take the top handful and put it under the Select tab in a multiple choice, and our players choose the correct one.

Please understand that Correct for Rewards is a voter system. If more players vote for a correction that does not match the one that you entered, your word or phrase would be denied.

If your app has become frozen or unresponsive, we recommend that you force close the app and restart it.

To force quit the application on an iOS device please take the following steps:

Game of War::General::Technical::Battery Drain Android
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the battery life of your device while playing Game of War! The game uses a suspend and resume feature to help minimize load times, but this means that the app does run in the background regularly. We're working to improve the amount of battery needed to run the game continuously for you, but in the meantime you'll want to force close the app when you're finished playing. Rest assured that you'll still receive important push notifications and alerts even after force closing the game!

To force close the app on android devices you may want to look up instructions for your device's quick access, but you can close any app under Settings > Applications > Running Applications. Here you can tap Game of War and choose Force Stop which will close the app.

If you're using a Samsung or LG android device you can use the multi window button next to your home key to quickly close the application!

Please try the following steps to try and resolve the issue you're experiencing.

1.) Launch the recent applications menu.
2.) Find the application(s) you want to close on the list by scrolling up from the bottom. We recommend closing all apps.
3.) Tap and hold on the application and swipe it to the right.
In most cases, this will help with the issue you’re experiencing. If it does not, please continue to step 4.
4.) Navigate to the Apps tab in settings if your device is still running slow. (On Samsung phones, this menu is called “Application Manager”.)
5.) Select the Running tab to see what’s still running.
6.) Return to the “All apps” tab, scroll to the application(s) that’s running, and tap on it.
7.) Tap “Force Stop” to stop this application from running in the background.

Game of War::General::Technical::Game Performance
Sorry to hear you ran into an issue with lag.

Please note that the performance of the game is highly dependent upon your device's performance and the strength of your network's internet connectivity. - requires a good internet connection to maintain communication with our servers so the app can function correctly. If there is a loss of internet connectivity in your device, the game will fall out of sync with our servers and this causes the lag in the game. In these cases, we recommend that you force close and restart the game app and restart your device as well. This should hopefully fix any lag issues you're encountering in the game.
Game of War::General::Technical::Lag Issues

First and foremost I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had so many latency issues. I completely understand how difficult it is to play and enjoy a game when you’re constantly lagging! I do want to mention that Game of War has players from all over the world logging in at various times of day, which can cause strain on the game servers and connectivity – especially during events.

I have already alerted our developers about this issue, and we're constantly striving to improve the game's performance for our players, but I do have a few suggestions to offer that might help you with the latency issues in the meantime.

In order to reduce any increased lag you are experiencing, I recommend that you try force closing the game app and reopening it. When you force close the app, your device’s connection to our servers will be refreshed, which will eliminate some of the issues you’re experiencing. Keep in mind that this is something you will have to do regularly if you keep the app open for long periods of time. If that does not work, I recommend uninstalling Game of War rebooting your device, and then reinstalling the game app.
Game of War::General::Technical::Out of Sync-RSS Tiles
I can certainly understand how frustrating such issues can be and I will be glad to clarify the issue for you. There are two possible causes for such issues:

1) Your device has fallen out of sync with the game due to a connectivity issue. In these cases, the resources a certain tile has remaining may not be correct and after your troops are done collecting the resources, they may come back with less than expected.

2) If a you are on a tile and your Gathering Boost expires, then the troops will come back from the tile as soon as the boost expires without picking up the extra resources.

Game of War::General::Technical::Resolve Performance

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. Rest assured, I will try my best to fix this issue for you.

First, please make sure your account is linked with an email address so you can log back on. To do that, tap on More, then Accounts and Devices. If your account is not registered, please register it before continuing.

Next, please uninstall the - application and completely remove it from your phone. After deleting the game, reinstall the latest version from the iTunes, Google Play, or Amazon store, depending on which kind of device you're using. This should correct the issue that you're experiencing. All of your game data will be safe and will still be available after you reinstall the application. You'll just need to log back in to your MZ account to access it. When logging back into the game, please make sure to enter your email address using all lower case letters.

If you're still experiencing the issue following a fresh install of -, please take a screenshot of the problem and reply back with the image attached to your message. We will investigate the situation further from there.

Game of War::Rapid Response::Wonder Dungeon Event Questions
With the release of the Wonder Dungeon, we have created a New Event, Dungeon Event! All the Talents and Abilities that are from the Masteries Tab will help improve your Best Time of escaping with loot from these Dungeon that will help place you in the Top Leaderboard for even more amazing rewards.

Check out the New Inferno Requirement, Increase Dungeon Mastery Power! You can now upgrade all your Talents and Abilities Masteries from your Explorer Dungeon and gain points for amazing rewards.

Please note that any tree done in the Explorer Dungeon will fall under Masteries, and any tree completed in the Academy will fall under Researches.

Game of War::Rapid Response::Wonder Dungeon Loot (Monster Drops)
In regards to the Wonder Dungeon loot, you will only be able to keep the loot when you successfully Exit a floor of the dungeon. When you find the Exit you will have an option of keeping the loot or take a chance to move on to the next floor to find even greater loot. Loot will be lost if you run out of Moves or if you Abandon the dungeon before finding the Exit.

Game of War::Rapid Response::Wonder Dungeon Research Times
In regards to Research Gear not decreasing the time off the Talents and Abilities, it is because Talents and Abilities are not Researches, but are Masteries. When you upgrade a Talent or Ability you will see a Master Button, not a Research Button, and will also see a new icon of a Blue Book with a Sword that says Mastering on the description on the Main City View.

Google Support::Order Hasn't Appeared
I'm sorry to hear your purchase hasn't been delivered yet! Please completely log out of both your Game of War account and your Google Play account. There is a known issue with Google Play where sometimes there is a delay when delivering in-game items. Once you log back in to both accounts your purchase should appear! Unfortunately this affects all Google Play apps, not just ours, but we're working with them to improve it in the future.

Game of War::General::Gameplay::Alliance City Teleport Info
I know how frustrating it can be when you're trying to move your City and you aren't able to use your hard-earned Teleports! Hopefully I can help shed some light on the situation. There are two types of Alliance City Teleports to choose from, Random Teleport and Advanced Teleport. Both must be donated to the city for use from players' inventories, even the Alliance Leader's! You can donate these items to your city by going to your Items > My Items > Special and tapping 'Use'. Rest assured that there's no way to accidentally teleport your Alliance City from your Inventory screen!

Once the Teleports are donated there are different ways to use each of them. For the Random Alliance City Teleport you can tap on the city to see how many you have, and select 'Use' which will move your city to a random eligible location on the Kingdom map. You can also tap the Alliance City to see how many Advanced Alliance City Teleports are owned, but in order to use the Advanced Teleport you'll need to find a location you want to move to, and then tap the map. If you're the leader and Advanced Alliance City Teleports are available you'll see the option to 'Teleport Alliance City'.

Make sure that the new area you choose is free of mountains and bodies of water! Your Alliance City takes up four tiles on the map so don't forget to leave enough room, and double check that the space you choose is a few tiles away from any other players, Alliance Cities, or Kingdom Map boundaries.

Game of War::General::Gameplay::Speed Dungeon Gold Chests
I appreciate you taking the time to report this and bring it to our attention! Each time the meter in the Speed Dungeon reaches zero you have a chance to receive golden chests to choose from. This means that occasionally they won't appear, but when this happens you'll still receive a regular prize instead.

Game of War::General::Gameplay::Mana Potions
I know how frustrating it can be when you don't see all of the items you've purchased right away! Hopefully I can help you locate your missing items for you.

Mana Potions behave a little differently than other items in Game of War. Single Mana Potions will be visible in your Items > My Items > Resources inventory, however groups of Mana Potions like 10x Mana Potions, 50x Mana Potions, and 100x Mana Potions items won't show up there.

Instead, while you're in the Wonder Dungeon and your Mana Potions are down to zero, you can tap on the Potion icon to refill. This will take you to a page where you can use all of your 10x Mana Potions, 50x Mana Potions, and 100x Mana Potions items which will make the potions available to consume while you're in the Dungeon. From that same page you'll also be able to purchase additional Mana Potions if you run out. However, if you're on that page and don't see any of your items available to use, please get back to me right away with any screenshots you can take and I'll be happy to investigate the issue further!
