1. Navigate to the following link from your device (this will immediately begin the App Zone download on your device): https://beta.machinezone.com
2. Launch the downloaded Beta Application (The App Zone).
3. Enter your registered MZ Account Email and tap 'Register' (A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email account). Make sure to put in the same email address you received the the Beta invite at.
4. Go to your email and tap 'Verify Email Address'. Please note that the verification email may appear in your Spam folder.
5. Once Verified tap 'The App Zone'.
6. Tap - Beta on your gaming device.
After that, you'll be good to go! You may also login to Beta on any device you wish by following the steps above!

I'm sorry to hear you feel this way! I definitely understand that the cost of unlocking these new building plots can feel overwhelming. The good news is that the Masters' Sickles and Masters' Shovels you'll need to unlock these new plots will also be available elsewhere in the game! Keep an eye out on Event Prizes and specials available for purchase in the Bazaar, and you'll be able to get what you need without buying a Gold Pack.

I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us and share your thoughts about the delay of the recent Kill Event. I know firsthand how frustrating it can be when you're preparing all week for a Kill Event and it's changed at the last minute! We do our best to plan events like this well in advance and share information on the blog, but sometimes unforseen circumstances require that the Kill Event take place at a time other than what's scheduled. When this happens we always try to make sure that information about the rescheduled event is shared in the blog for everyone.

That being said, I'll be sure to share your thoughts on the matter with our team, I know your input is extremely valuable to them. Rest assured that we hate having to reschedule events just as much as you do!

Inferno Events are constantly developing to provide variety and to allow players to stay up-to-date on the latest in game content. Events are meant to evolve to better tailor to each player's skill level, and change constantly. This means that players at different levels of progression in the game may see events that have different goals and rewards.

The great part about this is that higher level players have challenge goals and prizes more suited to their progression in the game and smaller players do not have to achieve so many points in each event in order to earn rewards!

Unfortunately, I don't have exact information about which specific events you're seeing in the game because these are planned in advance by our developers, but I'll definitely let them know you'd like to see some Inferno Events that are more attainable and offer higher value prizes.

I'm sorry to hear your Kingdom Merge hasn't happened yet! I know you're excited to become part of an active, populated kingdom so I definitely understand how frustrating it can be when the Merge doesn't occur right away. Rest assured that our team is hard at working making the Merge happen a soon as possible, but there are many complex factors that affect two kingdoms being merged together so we're taking the time to make sure everything goes smoothly. Rushing the Kingdom Merge could cause problems and interrupt gameplay for many players who are affected by it, so we have to be careful!

While I don't have exact information about when your Kingdom's Merge will be complete, the whole team greatly appreciates your patience as we work to make it happen! Keep an eye on the blog for more information and updates about your Kingdom Merge and achieving Ancient Status.

In the meantime, there is an item called "Open 500 Chests" that is available in game! This will allow you to open multiple chests called 500 of the same kind of chest at one time for your convenience, and it can be purchased through specially marked packages. Once you reach VIP Prestige Level 12 you'll receive Open All for each type of chest, and at VIP Prestige Level 14 you'll be able to open every chest in your inventory! We also hope that the Master Combine feature in the Forge helps as well. Now even more of your valuable time can be spent preparing for battle and on the battlefield!
