Game of War::General::Gameplay::Custom Chat
To change the Chat Room or Contact assigned to your Custom Chat, you'll need to tap the Settings icon in the upper right hand corner of the custom chat screen. This will allow you to make changes to the existing Chat, or completely Remove the Custom Chat.

Once you select 'Remove' you'll be returned the the original screen and asked to add a Contact or Chat Room! Rest assured that removing the chat room or contact from Custom Chat won't affect that chat or lose any of its history.

To turn off Donation Confirmation, please do the following:


1. Tap on the More+ button
2. Tap on Options
3. Scroll down to Trade Settings
4. Turn off Donation Confirmation

I’m sorry to hear that you are finding it so difficult to find [INSERT ITEM HERE]! I can confirm that each chest which specifies these are possible rewards does have a chance to drop [ITEM] from level 1 through 6, but each attempt to open a chest is independent from the others. This means that each chest starts out with the same randomized chance, and the chances aren't increased by the amount of chests you've already opened.

However, I definitely understand how frustrating it can be, especially considering that even some of the best gear in the game requires [ITEM]. Gear is intended to be a rare and precious supplement to your gameplay, and because it can quickly change the tide of battle we don't want powerful gear to become too common, but I will definitely bring up with our developers that players are eagerly seeking out easier ways to obtain the [ITEMS] they need.

Game of War::General::Gameplay::Duplicate Item Used

I'm sorry to hear you had trouble with this! I reviewed your account's inventory history and I see that two [INSERT ITEMS] were used back to back. Make sure that you don't continue tapping the 'USE' button once the loading circle appears, or it might cause more than one of the item to be consumed!

Under normal circumstances we won't be able to restore items that have been used and applied, however since this is your first time encountering this issue I'll be happy to help you out! Game of War::General::Gameplay::Food Income
If your Food is flashing red, it means your Upkeep is surpassing your Food Income. With an extremely large army, your Upkeep rate will be very high and will constantly eat away at your current food source even with a production boost. Please note that you will not lose any troops from Upkeep, even if your food hits zero.

I looked into your account and I see that you have received the following Gold items recently:

These items were directly credited to your Inventory. Often Gold that you receive from Chests or Alliance Gifts is added to your inventory rather than your total Gold balance. Make sure to check Items > My Items > Resources for any missing Gold after it has been awarded!

Game of War::General::Gameplay::Gold Mine
In order to remove the Gold Mine, you must sign into the original Facebook account used to create the Gold Mine. Once you're signed into the account, tap the Gold Mine and tap deconstruct to start the deconstruction process.

If you no longer have access to your Facebook account, please let us know and we will help you deconstruct the Gold Mine manually.
Game of War::General::Gameplay::Gold Mine Notification
I'm sorry to hear you're still seeing the Gold Coin notification, occasionally it continues to appear even when the Gold Mine is destroyed because the Facebook account is still registered to your MZ Account. Unfortunately there isn't currently a way to remove or change the Facebook tied to your MZ Account, which means the Gold Coin will continue to appear.

We're currently working to improve this, but in the meantime if the coin popup is bothering you the best way to get it off of the screen is to reconstruct your Gold Mine so you can gift and receive Gold. Once you've completed this the coin will go away temporarily! As long as you have a Gold Mine in your city you'll be able to dismiss the coin notification.

Game of War::General::Gameplay::Hero Captured

When your hero is captured, you have the option to set a Bounty on them. This Silver Bounty incentivizes other players to rescue your Hero for you. The Silver you commit will be the amount paid to that player. If the Hero escapes without the aid of another player, is released by the captor, or is executed, no one gets the Bounty and the Bounty is not refunded.

Heroes in Game of War are so powerful they can actually be resurrected once they're killed! You can raise your Hero from the dead by tapping your Graveyard in the City view and choosing to Resurrect your Hero. Please don't forget to Resurrect your Hero within 7 Days of their execution, or you'll loose the option to raise them from the dead and you'll have to Hire a New Hero! Also, make sure that your Gymnos is constructed and at the highest possible level so you can retain as much of your Hero's XP as possible when they're Resurrected.

Game of War::General::Gameplay::Hero Returning after KvK Ends

If your Hero is captured while you're in an Outlander Kingdom and then released by that rival player after you've returned to your home Kingdom, it takes quite a bit of time for them to travel from that distant Kingdom all the way back home. This is because the land is quite vast and treacherous, and riddled with many obstacles! Rest assured though, your Hero’s strength can withstand the journey and they will return safely home as soon as they're able.

Game of War::General::Gameplay::How to Become King
Thank you for contacting Machine Zone Support! I see that you’re an ambitious and passionate player, you'll have to be in order to battle it out for control of the Wonder and conquest over your Kingdom. Hopefully this info will help you out on your quest for Power!

In order to become King of the Kingdom, you must first capture and conquer the Wonder, and then maintain control of it until its Contested time ends. After that contested timeframe, the Wonder will automatically go into a Protected stage and you will then become the King. You can monitor how much Contested time is remaining at any point by tapping on the Wonder. The good news is that once the Wonder becomes Protected it will shield itself and your reign will be ensured!

However, it's important to keep in mind that you must have been the Alliance Leader prior to taking possession of the Wonder and that you have to maintain control of the Wonder until you receive the first Kingdom Tax. The Tax is always delivered exactly 24 Hours after the Wonder first became protected, so make sure not to transfer Alliance Leadership (and control of the Wonder) to any other players in your alliance before the Tax is received, or you won't qualify for the quest to become King!

Game of War::General::Gameplay::How to Delete All Mail
I definitely understand how frustrating it can be when your mailbox is full, we definitely don't want you to waste time deleting mail when you can be on the battlefield! I'm glad to say that you can delete multiple messages at one time, just follow these steps:


1. Tap on Mail
2. Select Inbox or Reports
3. Tap on the Check Box for one Message
4. Tap the Blue Check Box at the bottom of the page (Next to the Delete trashcan)
5. Once multiple messages are selected (highlighted blue), Tap the Delete trashcan
This will get rid of all unwanted messages in your mailbox! You can do this separately for your Inbox and Reports. I hope this information helps, please don't hesitate to reach out to us again if you have any comments, questions, or concerns.

I understand your concerns. However, please understand that when you craft an item using materials of different levels, you will not be guaranteed the highest level result. For example, if you craft an item with three orange (Legendary) materials and one purple (Epic) material, that means the final result will have a 80% chance of being Legendary and a 20% chance of being Epic. In order to guarantee that the final outcome is the quality you want, you must use only materials of the same level when you craft the item. I hope this information helps you!

Thank you for contacting Machine Zone Support! I know Rally scoring during Kill Events can be difficult to break down, I'll do my best to shed some light on this for you.

Points awarded for Kills in a War Rally are credited to the War Rally Leader, but not to players who have donated troops. I know this can be frustrating when trying to stay competitive, but we often recommend that Alliance Leadership and Rank 4 players rotate who is leading each War Rally during a Kill Event to ensure that everyone participating in the Kill Event receives points for their effort! Also, make sure that the War Rally is initiated after the Event timer has begun or before the Event timer has ended. If you start a rally too early or too late you may not receive credit for those kills during the Event!

During a Kingdom vs. Kingdom Event players who teleport into an Outlander Kingdom are issued a Cross Kingdom Warrant. This Warrant is valid for a limited amount of time, and once it expires players are automatically teleported back to their home Kingdom. The duration of a Kingdom Warrant will vary based on the length and goal of the Kingdom vs. Kingdom Event, and you can check out the remaining duration of your Kingdom Warrant by tapping the Boosts icon on the right side of your screen.

I'm sorry to hear your kingdom lost the Kingdom Kill Event, I definitely know how frustrating it can be when you've been planning for the event for so long. You're right, holding one or more Wonders is a great way to earn points and take the lead in a KvK Event, but it's important to remember that there are many ways to score points during a KvK. Even if your kingdom has done an amazing job controlling Wonders the opposing team may have destroyed enough power or troops to earn even more points. When this happens it's possible to lose a KvK despite holding the Wonder, but rest assured that you'll still receive all of the titles and benefits that come with owning a Wonder even if you don't win the Kill Event!

High Roller Mode is no longer available, but Max Attack Mode for the Speed Dungeon works the same way! Once Max Attack Mode is unlocked you'll be able to earn larger prizes and treasure walls in the Speed Dungeon.

I'm sorry to hear this happened! I know firsthand how frustrating it can be when you activate gear in battle and it equips afterward, or even when a core preset is equipped accidentally. I've thoroughly reviewed your account, but unfortunately I see that the cores did equip properly and were used in a battle at [TIME STAMP]. We aren't able to return core sets that affected the outcome of a battle because doing so would be extremely unfair to other players affected by those battle outcomes. I do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience!

In the future please try to refrain from participating in battle if you've accidentally activated core gear so we can help. In the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need help with anything else in the game.

Game of War::General::Gameplay::No Resources Taken
When you look at a battle report and see -0 for a Resource, this is because no Resources were taken. This is not your new Resource total, this is how much has been removed from your Kingdom. When you see this, it means that your Storehouse is at, or below capacity. Please note that your Silver will not be protected by your Storehouse until it has been upgraded to level 21.
