the following charts are displaying the percentage of male and female teachers of six different educational institutes which was reported in 2019 in England

in the first chart related to nursery/pre-school more than 90% of the teachers are female. the second diagram shows the teachers in primary school, the difference here seems to be the same except for a small change in the percentage, however as the educational settings are going higher the amount of male teachers are increasing, as the result the third chart which is about secondary school, shows very small difference between both genders. furthermore in college we see an equality (50%/50%) between both genders which is interesting. next, in a private training institute its visible that the number of male teachers are continuously increasing and as we go further. finally we have university lecturers, unlike college more than 60 % of lecturers are men.

in conclusion, women teacher tend more to teach smaller kids since these teachers are meant to act as same as their mother so it would be appealing for the kids, men are usually more serious so they need to teach older students so they can learn better.




Part 2 Writing For IELTS 1/4/2024 256 words 40min

In general, it's important to note that job qualifications should be based on the skills, experience, and abilities necessary to perform the job, rather than on a persons gender. Excluding someone from a job or profession based on their gender is typically illegal in many places.

While it's true that men and women may have different strengths and weaknesses, these differences are often depends on that person, For example, one woman may be physically stronger than another man, or one man may be stronger than another woman.

although more than 90% of all of these jobs are consisted by men workers such as, construction and building, vehicle technicians or mechanics, or miners.

i also have to mention that some jobs such as, prelesional athletes, chiropractors, nursery and personal trainers are more preferred by women according to some new studies done by various universities across the world

my preference says that men has more potential for physical-activity-involved jobs like construction, and its simply because men are usually meant to be physically stronger

if we want to break this down we have to start with construction.

since construction and building usually take more energy especially if you are working as a worker with a lower position so you work is harder, in this case the strength of the men comes in and thats why very few women decide to became a construction and building worker

vehicle technicians and mechanics are one of the jobs that are dominated by men, since it involves a lot physical activity and multitasking
