Carissa Sharon Oyakhilome married to an entrepreneur from Ghana in 2018. They were married in an extravagant ceremony in Nigeria in which Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was there to assist.

Their first child, Arielle Rachelle Marise, was born in 2021.
