The F1 Visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows international students to study in the United States. To obtain an F1 Visa, students must be enrolled in an academic program and demonstrate their intent to return to their home country upon completing their studies.

2. WHY HAVE YOU DECIDED TO FURTHER YOUR STUDIES IN USA??
Studying in the USA will provides a various educational experience, exposure to advanced resources. Additionally, it offers an opportunities to build a global network and experience a culturally rich environment, enhancing both academic and personal growth. Also USA has some of the best professors and experts in psychology where there are top psychologist like Abraham Maslow, Albert Bandura, and Jordan Peterson as Abraham Maslow is known for his theory of human motivation.

3.WHY DON'T YOU DO THIS COURSE IN YOUR COUNTRY??
As i am from an under develop territory it has faced a-lot of challenges in providing better platforms for students. As some students in their academic year experience the limitation in infrastructure and access to quality education . Moreover, it lacks practical and field knowledge for the students according to their course of study.

4.WHAT THINGS ABOUT USA YOU CONSIDER AS BAD??
As everyone has their own opinion so i think 'bad ' can vary based on individual perspectives. So Like any country, the USA has its challenges. Some commonly heard concern include: Issue related to racism and aspects of the criminal justice system.

5.ADVANTAGE OF USA OVER OTHER COUNTRIES??
USA offers Several advantages including world renowned higher education system, several job opportunities and a cultural environment that attracts people from all around the global.

6.WHY NOT STUDY IN CANADA,AUSTRALIA OR UK??
Though Canada , Australia and UK offer high-quality education, excellent research facilities, but other Factors like immigration policies, cost of living, and cultural preferences may not meet my choice.

7.WHAT IS YOUR ACADEMIC BACKGROUND??
I pursued science in biology from GOLDEN GATE INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE. My coursework covered subjects like biology, math, physics and chemistry.

8.WHAT DID YOU DO IN YOUR GAP YEAR??
During my gap year, I actively participated opportunities to build my skills in subjects kike biology ,physics, chemistry and math for 5 months and as per my interest I joined the nail art technician of 1 month. Then I wanted to become makeup artist that's why I joined the makeup class and completed the full course to become professional makeup atrtist . Additionally , As being a hodophile person i also travelled different parts of my country for about 2 months. Well these gap year has become so productive and effective for me because I got chance to learn a lot of things .

9.WHAT WILL YOU STUDY??WHAT'S YOUR MAJOR??
As my primary field of study is biology I have keen interest on studying psychology.

10.WHY THIS COURSE??
Looking at the current situation of young generation where people are more often having anxitey , depression, and sucidial thoughts. As psychology sheds light on human behavior and helps us understand why we act the way we do. The field offers insights into our human experiences, helps us connect with others. And being a science field students I have always dreamed of being psychiatrist.



11.WHY THIS UNIVERSITY??
Weber University is best for the psychology program, offering a well-rounded curriculum facility and focus on research opportunities according to my academic and career goals in psychology providing high quality education . I believe those learning environment and the resources at Weber University will not only enhance my educational experience but also provide a solid foundation for my future aim in the field of psychology. Likewise, the cost of attendence is affordable with almost 50% scholarship. Also the college provides one thousand extra scholarship for on campus housing.

12.HOW DID YOU GET TO KNOW ABOUT THIS UNIVERSITY??
I researched universities offering a programs in psychology , and I utilized online resources, university websites, and consultancy to gather information. Additionally, I attended educational fairs, webinars, and reached out to current students for their firsthand experiences . Through this research process, I identified Weber universities as the ideal match for my academic and career aspirations in psychology.

13.HOW MANY UNIVERSITIES DID YOU APPLY TO??
I applied to different universities that are connected with my academic and career goals. Among them I got i20 from Murray State, Colorado State, Missouri and Weber State University .After several research I got to know that WEBER State University stands out for its best psychology program, renowned faculty, and several research facilities. While Murray University is also good university but there is no any scholarship for students and the COA is really high and I believe WEBER State University specific focus on psychology which better suit my aspirations and provide the best environment for my academic and professional growth.

14.PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT YOUR UNIVERSITY??
Weber State University is a public university located in the lap of mount Ogden, Utah. It was founded in 1889 as Weber Stake Academy and earned its current name in 1991.Weber State University has over 225 degree programs and seven colleges. Weber State University's ranking in the 2024 edition of Best Colleges is Regional Universities West, #59. As of fall 2023, the student population reached 30,536 students, consisting of 16,020 undergraduate students, 1,002 graduate students and 13,514 concurrent enrollment students, making it the third-largest public university in the state.

15.WHICH CITY IS THE UNI LOCATED IN??WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THE LOCAL AREA??
Weber State University is located in Ogden, Utah in the lap of Mount Ogden . As per my research I got to know that Ogden is a lively city known for its picturesque mountain views and outdoor recreational opportunities also the city has a welcoming community and offers a range of cultural events and outdoor activities.

16.HAVE YOU RESEARCHED ABOUT THE FACULTY IN THE UNI??
Yes , before applying Weber university I did a side check for other faculties, though my primary concern was Psychology. So this university offers a diverse range of faculties where some popular faculties include: Health Professions, Science and Engineering: Including programs in areas like psychology, microbiology, chemistry, and engineering ,Business and Economics, Social and Behavioral Sciences.

17.HAVE YOU APPLIED FOR USA VISA BEFORE??
No, this is my first time applying for a US visa. I've thoroughly prepared for the process by gathering all required documentation, understanding the visa regulations.

18.DO YOU HAVE ANY RELATIVES IN USA??
No, I do not have any relatives in the USA. So I choose to go USA to be more independent and be strong enough to tackle the things by myself.

19.How will you manage the cultural differences between your home country and USA?
As U.S. has a diverse cultural landscape, and I plan to actively engage with the local community to better understand and appreciate the cultural values .Additionally, I am open to participating in cultural exchange programs, celebrations and events, which will not only help me combine but also contribute positively to the cultural diversity of the university community.

20.Application process?
I started the application process by thoroughly researching universities with strong programs in psychology. After identifying suitable institutions, I gathered all required documents, including academic transcripts, letters of recommendation, and standardized test scores. Following university's application guidelines, I submitted my applications online, ensuring that they reflect my passion for psychology.

22.Are you going to change your university you get to the us?
No I am not going to change the university because I found that this uni provides the best education for science field also I have received the good scholarship from the university which is not provided by all university.

23.Describe your Course in detail.
Psychology is the study of mind and behavior. Its subject matter includes the behavior of humans and nonhumans, both conscious and unconscious phenomena, and mental processes such as thoughts, feelings, and motives. Psychology is an academic discipline of immense scope, crossing the boundaries between the natural and social sciences.

24.Do you think you will be able to cope with the educational rigor of the USA?
Yes, I am equipped to handle the educational rigor in the USA.

25.How much does the course cost?
The total cost of the course is 27,875$ , covering tuition, fees with 17,085$ , living expenses of 8,400$ and health insurance and book with 2,390$ where i got Scholarships of 8k$ so my course cost 19,875$ annually. I have thoroughly researched and budgeted for all associated expenses.

26.Have you received any scholarship?
Yes, I have been fortunate to receive a scholarship of 8 k that recognizes my academic achievements and contributions.

27.Why did the university/college grant you the scholarship?
The university awarded me the scholarship may be due to my academic performance, dedication to the knowledge in microbiology, and my commitment to contributing positively to the field as a pharmacist.

28.How will you meet these expenses? Who is your sponsor?
I plan to meet the expenses through a combination of personal savings of my family , apart from this we have a steady income from rent which is around $10k annually and $10k annually from two land which have been taken for rent by the municipal executive of ward 7. My parents, who have a stable income, will be my primary sponsors where they have the saving of around 35k to 40k in their bank account.

29.What do your parents do?
My mother is a high school head and also a teacher who has been working there since 2008 and my father is a manager of agricultural farm and vegetation where there are more than 100 cattle and 20 acres of land with varieties of crops.

30.How much do your parents earn annually?
My primary sponsors , my parents have the-saving of around 41k in their bank account. my mother is a high school teacher who is also a coordinator and has been working there since 2008 and earns around 15k yearly as well as my father is a manager of farm where there are more than 100 cattle and 20 acres of land with varieties of crops and has annual income of 17k .Apart from this we have a steady income from rent which is around $10k annually and $10k annually from land which have been rented by the municipal executive of ward7 .

31.Do you have any sibling?
Yes I have a elder sister who completed pharmacy and has been working as a pharmacist for a year.

32.What standardized tests did you take?
Yes , I took IELTS.

33.Why did you not take the SAT?
I did not take the SAT as some universities and programs, including the one I applied to , don't consider SAT that much for the scholarship and provides same scholarship for all students either they have done IELTS or SAT.

34.Do you plan on working while you study in the USA?
No , i have no plan on working as primary focus will be on my studies and a goal .

35.Will you come back home during vacations/holidays?
Yes, I plan to return home during vacations and holidays to stay connected with my family, cultural roots, and community.

36.Will you work during vacations?
No , I have no plan on working during vacation as, my primary focus will be on my studies and a goal .

37.Will you continue your studies after graduation?
Yes, I plan to pursue advanced studies after graduation to extend my knowledge in Psychology and further contribute to become psychatrist.

38.What are your plans post-graduation?
Upon completing my psychology studies , I plan to pursue a career that combine my knowledge with psychological research. I aim to contribute to advancements in healthcare through an idea to mental ,physical development and mutual understanding in my home country.

39.Do you plan on returning back to your home country after graduation?
I have a biggest goal and plan after returning back from USA .My goal is to apply the valuable skills and knowledge I acquire here in psychology to contribute to the healthcare sector and advancements of humans in my home country. I aim to contribute to local healthcare infrastructure, promote public health research and collaborate with local communities and help to reduce sucide case by understanding them in a good way and help them survive .I also plan to work as a psycatrist as well.

40.Why should I give you a student visa today?
Granting me a student visa today is justified as I aim to further my expertise in psychology, contributing valuable skills as a student to your country . My academic background, combined with hands-on experience, aligns perfectly with the company's focus, ensuring a meaningful contribution to your team and fostering innovation.

41.What will you do if your visa application is rejected today?
If my visa application were to be rejected today, I would thoroughly assess the reasons for the denial, seek guidance from immigration experts, and take necessary steps to address any concerns. I will remain committed to my career in psychology as my dream, and I would explore alternative options of reapplying.

42.Explain the reasons for you returning back to Nepal post-graduation?
After completing my education in psychology, I am eager to return to Nepal to apply the knowledge and skills I have gained in a meaningful way. I am motivated to contribute to the healthcare sector in rural area of Nepal, with specific psychological challenges.

43.Why you got less score in ielts ? Specially on speaking
I had some personal issues that addressed my performance on ielts exam . I shouldn't hamper my career decision with personal reasons but was my first time facing the situation of expiration of my own family member right before the ielts exam also I have been improving my speaking these days watching podcast ,reading books, watching series.

44.Why you got less marks in academic education?
Due to the problem caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, my academic program shifted to online learning which created challenges in maintaining my usual academic performance. Adjusting to this new format ,impacted my grades during that period. Also due to my health condition I couldnot meet the best result.
