Notes

I took my meds because I made breakfast for them. I ate breakfast because I already had to get up for other reasons. I already had to get up for others reasons because of obligations to pets. My other reason could be brushing my teeth, but I've tried those associations before and they haven't worked. It was also motivational that what I was starting my day with was also outside the room, my next time commitment - I wouldn't be immediately returning to the room anyways so breakfast felt more "on the way" with a stop back to grab my meds to have with it. Right now, breakfast feels like an unecessary step when I could just not leave my room at all. Mom being in the other room may help - I can use the TV in the living room like I did living alone.

My first relaxing time commitment of the day/alone time should be able to be outside my room to motivate me to also eat and take my meds.

Brushing teeth may also go with these and next on the list is clothing and showering, but those didn't work living alone either so I'd need an alternate plan because I don't have a successful model.
