The CEO thought that this was a good idea and asked my manager to remind him to talk to the employees once a month. In a previous job, the CEO that we had was not the typical “leader”. He had zero involvement in almost all of the current projects. Even worse, he didn’t want us to tell him when things didn’t go well, because he said he was getting really stressed out.
