[Criteria for elder is to meet the war criteria]
Elder:
• Kick out anyone that uses foul langue in the chat immediately.
• Kick out any memeber that did not use both attacks in war as soon as war ends (cut off time of 4 hours)
• Kick any memebr that did not donate one down to fill a cc as soon as war starts (meaning they will not attack)
• Help with any members questions in chat in order to improve their attacks
• Help the co leaders by explaining the co leaders war strategy clan mail if a memebr does not understand in anyway.
• Enforce the clan rules timelessly
[Criteria for CO Leader]
• Must be a th8 and above with level 5 balloons, level 5 wizards (to support for war)
• Must be an elder prior
• Must have knowledge of different attack strategies in oder to give advice.
• Must be able to oversee war
• Must meet war criteria for 2 consecutive wars
Co Leader 1
• Enforce the clan rules timelessly
• Do war search every 3rd day at 19H00
• Send war strategy clan mail of first attack mirror, 2nd attack to use our number 1 as a reference and he will attack the highest town hall below him with the rest to follow. For example our number 1 is a th10, he's second attack will be on the highest town hall 9 and the rest to follow. All the lower clans without attacks will practice one down. The lowest in the clan will do one up on there second attack. All attacks are on a first come first attack bases.
Co Leader 2
• Enforce the clan rules timelessly
• promote any memebr that meets the war criteria A.S.A.P (cut off time of 4 hours)
• demote any elder that fails to meet the criteria after every war by seeing the current war and previous war log in oder to check if the elder or memebr did not meet war criteria for 2 consecutive wars.(cut off time of 4 hours)
Co Leader 3
• Enforce the clan rules timelessly
• Assist Co Leader 1&2 if they ask for assistance in case they cannot be online for any reason.
*** If this happens for 3 consecutive wars.
That co leader will be demoted to elder for being inactive and co leader 3 will take over the tasks.
Next you will have to promote a new co leader 3 base on the co leader requirements above ***
