About Dr Kiran Peddi -
Dr. Kiran Peddi was born in a small city known as Jagtial in Karimnagar district the place he spent his adolescence. His father was working as a senior executive in then called APSEB, and worked in Warangal district most of the time. Dr Kiran’s primary training was in a small college in Hanamkonda and moved to popular St Gabriel’s High school in Kazipet for center and higher education. Though studied in Telugu medium, he had splendid tutorial report in school. From this tender age, his dad and mom always needed him to turn out to be a well-liked physician through merit seat and he had clear mindset of attaining the identical.

He moved to affix Vignan Residential college Vadlamudi, Guntur for intermediate training. Changing from Telugu to English medium with a goal of getting medical seat in merit was a humongous process for him. With an unremitting dedication and onerous work, he broke all the academic data of the college at that time. His perseverance paid nicely and he secured 131 rank in EAMCET in first try and scored 585 rank in all India CBSE PMT entrance.

Medical Education:
He joined prestigious Osmania Medical College but soon modified his mind and by mutual transfer, moved to Kakatiya Medical school Warangal to stick with his dad and mom. He always wanted to create a singular profession for himself and started exploring varied avenues. PLAB was a gorgeous option with promising profession in UK but quite daunting due to lack of information and heavy prices involved for a center class family. He was always keen about medical schooling in UK and says “ All the favored medical books across the world are written by UK docs and all of the medical methods are established by them”. He along with couple of his associates decided to discover additional schooling in UK and landed there without much of data on how to take the exams. It proved to be an adventurous attempt in 1997 and all of the group did not clear PLAB. Though it was proving to be very costly, he learnt the way to prepare for the examination and soon cleared it in second try.

Journey to turn into a Postgraduate, a Super specialist after which a sub specialist:
After clearing PLAB, career in UK was no straightforward in those days. He needed to apply for 550 positions before lastly getting a medical SHO rotation in Colchester General Hospital. During this tenure, he grew to become favourite disciple for many consultants. He cleared all parts of prestigious MRCP examination in first try and began his journey in the direction of becoming a Super specialist.

He secured a sturdy 5 years Specialist Registrar training program in Gastroenterology in Manchester Deanery and obtained CCT In Gastroenterology and General Medicine which is the best attainable qualification one can obtain in any given speciality in UK. He was provided a lucrative consultant submit but his dream was always to come back again and serve personal nation. To achieve additional experience, he moved to Fremantle Hospital in Western Australia and accomplished one 12 months of Fellowship in Advanced Endoscopy and IBD and thus grew to become a sub specialist in that space.
