Today, Hayden was playing with his iPad, and at the same time he was listening to some children’s songs on TV, and he was enjoying his time until dinner time.
The staff supported Hayden today by cutting the nails on both his hands and feet and thanked Hayden for that support. The staff supported Hayden by helping him take a shower this evening, changing his clothes with clean clothes, and putting his dirty clothes in the dirty clothes basket. The staff supported Hayden by preparing dinner, which was chicken. Nugget with french fries, and after eating dinner, he took a bottle of soda with a piece of chocolate, and then he went to his room to sleep. His room was clean, tidy, and free of any clutter.
Today, Hayden was with his father for an appointment with the doctor, and he returned home at 3:30 pm. Hayden’s father handed the staff a paper containing a medical report, which the staff received and placed in the manager’s office.
The staff supported Brandy by preparing dinner, which was chicken curry and rice, a snack free of any allergens. After eating dinner, Brandy went to his room.
This evening, Brandy was happy because today was his birthday. The staff greeted him on his birthday, and Brandy this evening was listening to calm songs and birthday songs. He was really happy about that, and he continued to listen to the songs until 11:00 p.m., and then he went to sleep.
