At approximately 7:30, Supervisor Mackinnon-Clarke and Luc informed me about a patient falling from a wheelchair. The patient's husband requested security to lift her back into the wheelchair, but the supervisor instructed me to guide him about the hospital policy against such actions due to potential harm. Luc had already called for an ambulance, which arrived shortly. I informed the patient's husband about the ambulance's presence.

Observing the ambulance nearby, I approached the EHS staff to assist in lifting the patient safely. During the first attempt, the EHS staff couldn't lift the patient, considering her weight and inability to move her legs. They suggested an alternative method. I informed them about another ambulance on its way and stated I would brief the supervisor about the situation in the office, assuring a quick return.

As my shift ended, I explained the situation to Supervisor Navjot Kaur, who directed me to hand over responsibilities to Paramjit Singh. When we arrived at the location with Paramjit Singh, we found that the staff had already returned the patient to the wheelchair. We then returned to the office, informed dispatch to cancel the ambulance, and reported no further incidents.
